七年级下Unit 1 Can you play the guitar?
Section A 2d- 3c教案 - 杭州东南中学 毛仙芬 2015.12.24

  教学目标:
  1. 语言技能目标:能谈论自己或他人的能力。  
  语言语法目标:
  (1)能正确使用情态动词can表示能力的基本用法。
  (2)能正确使用包含can的一般疑问句并作简略回答。
  (3)能正确使用what引导的特殊疑问句询问某人的能力及加入俱乐部的倾向。
  3. 情感态度目标:通过谈论彼此的特长或能力,增进同学间的相互了解, 并培养学生的自信心及群体意识。
  二、教学重点:
  1. 词汇: 会读并运用be good at,tell, story, write, show, or, talk, talk to, kung fu
  2. 句型:熟练掌握并运用下列句型
  Can you...?  Yes, he can./ No, he can’t.
  Can he/she/they...? Yes, he/she/they can. / No, he/she/they can’t.
  What can you do? I can...
  What club do you want to join? I want to join the story telling club.
  连词but的用法。
  3. 语法:情态动词can 在肯定句、否定句及what引导的特殊疑问句中的用法。
  教学难点:
   1.  掌握含有情态动词can的肯定句、否定句、what引导的特殊疑问句、一般疑问句及其简略回答的各种句型,特别是主语为不同的人称时can后面的动词形式。
  2. Be good at的用法,特别是at后面的动词形式。
  3. 学会制作海报和撰写招聘广告。

Step 1. Lead in

Talk about the Christmas Eve and the school show.

T: What can people do on Christmas Eve?
T: What can students do in the school show?

Step 2. Presentation and practice
1. Show some pictures to  revise the word.

Get Ss to guess what Alan can do.

T: Let me introduce a cool boy to you. My son, Alan, wants to join the show. What can he do? Can you guess?
Get Ss to guess like this :
I think he can...
Can he...?
Show pictures to teach : tell stories /do Kung fu/be good at

Step 3. Practice

T: Allan can tell stories in the show. What about you? What can you do? Can you...?

Ask individuals, and then get Ss to ask and answer in pairs.

Make a survey.

 T: What can your group do in the show? Make a list and then give a report.

 

Step 4. Listening and practice

T: Bob and Jane are good at something, too. What can they do? Here are some pictures for you. And they want to join the clubs. What clubs do they want to join?  Listen and answer.

2. Get Ss to listen and repeat. Try to notice the stress. Then role- play the conversation.
T:Show us your beautiful voice.

Get Ss to talk about themselves.

Step5. Practice

Have a competition between groups. Rules and exercises are given.  

Exercises are about words, sentences and passage, including speaking, reading and writing.

Step6. Making a poster.
T: This is a poster of the school show.

Talk about how to make a poster.

2. Get Ss to have a discussion and then make a poster.
3. Get Ss to show their posters.

 

Step 7. Homework
1. Draw pictures on the poster to make it more beautiful.
2. Write an email to Mr. Xu, talking about what you can do in the school show.

 从当日的圣诞前夜以及即将到来的元旦汇演入手契合时机,易引起学生的共鸣和兴奋,可以直接进入本课的主题。

复习上节课内容,并适当拓展,为以下活动的语言输出做充分的准备。

以猜测的形式自然引入到can在第三人称单数时的句型,且猜的形式容易激起学生的兴趣 。在猜测完毕之后给出图片教学新的重点词汇水到渠成。

运用含第一、二人称的目标语言问答进行组内调查,让学生展现才能,增强自信心,并增进彼此了解。小组的report再次巩固了含有第三人称的目标语言,同时可以让学生感受到群体意识。

纯粹以听的形式回答关于Jane的问题有难度,因此听力之前给出图片可降低难度。

听中模仿语音语调,培养优美的语音。

从最基本的语音语调模仿到对话展现,再到自编对话,由易到难,循序渐进。

以小组竞赛形式开展,让练习变得有趣。设计的练习从字、句、文全面展开,既有基础的夯实,也有能力的提升。设计的问题也有意识地培养学生积极向上的情感。其中,最后一题广告的填空引出到海报的设计和制作,过渡到下一个环节。

了解招聘海报的特点。
通过小组讨论再进行海报制作,让学生开动大脑。此活动不仅可以让学生再次运用本课中学过的知识,也可以让学生加强合作意识。

课堂上的海报设计不会很美观。通过图画或添色让海报设计更成功,更具美感,培养学生的审美观。同时以邮件的形式表达自己的特长再次复习巩固所学的目标语言。
